From the barbecue tofu to the decadent mac and cheese, every dish was bursting with flavor and made with exceptional care. The portions were generously sized, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the comforting and satisfying experience of indulging in the classics With each bite, it felt as though all of my worries and stress were melting away. "The food here is absolutely delicious! Myself and my family always order heaps of food from here regularly and we are never disappointed. Everything is delicious, but my favorites are the veggie drumsticks, mac and cheese, cheese burger and the cornbread. I cannot leave out how scrumptious the sweet potato pie is! Definitely worth trying. I hope they keep it on the menu. It tastes just like my deceased Godfather's sweet potato pies he would make. And yes. Everything here is vegan! Thank you for the consistent phenomenal food and service!"

"The food at NuVegan was really good. The drummies were the best I had so far! The portions were also plentiful and food was fresh. I love that at this location, there are many restaurants inside to order from. However, The location was a little hard to find and is very congested because there is not a lot of space for vehicles to park or turn around. There was also quite a bit of wait time for food. You will definitely need some patience if you go. Overall experience was two thumbs up."

"We ordered doordash while visiting DC as this was high on my list of places to try. I read it is a carryout or delivery spot only but google maps and the address they have listed were not jiving so we had it delivered. They gave us a variety of sauces for the drumstix but I preferred them plain! Great crisp batter and flavor already. Tip: the drumstix taste just as good cold out the fridge the next day! The collard greens were solid- maybe wishing for a little more tang. Now that mac n cheese-unbelievable! Super creamy and rich and melted in your mouth! I am a sucker for vegan soul food so any time I find one on yelp as we travel, you can bet l am getting at least one meal there."

"HIGE PORTIONS! DELISH CHICKEN WINGS MAC AND CHEESE! I was commuting from Miami to New York and in town briefly. Looking for a vegan place. The parking is hard and there is no dine in but the deliciousness of the food hands-down is worth taking out and eating home. The employee was so nice. He went out of his way to help me order on the kiosk. I was lost and he actually walked me back to the restaurant when apparently he was already off his shift. Very nice people I highly recommend them.!"
